Choosing your new home is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. We aim to help you choose the property you want, so we advertise our properties rather than have a traditional waiting list.

You can register online or direct with us at our Ashington office. Once you have your registration number, you can take the first steps towards choosing your new home.

Once registered, you see a home advertised that you like, simply let us know and we will consider you for it. Please note this system works in the same way for new applicants and existing tenants who want to transfer.
